Job summary

MAGM Asset Solutions in Middleton is seeking a proactive Fleet Supervisor to join the Control Tower team. You will manage day-to-day operations for client HGV and trailer fleets, acting as the primary contact between customers, workshops and suppliers, and owning issues from identification through to resolution.

You will identify risks, coordinate actions, monitor downtime and costs, ensure timely updates, administer recoveries and recharges, and maintain accurate records across fleet management

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage professional relationships with customers.
• Clear sense of ownership and accountability for issues and operations.
• Experience identifying issues, coordinating actions and driving to full resolution.
• Ability to stay responsible for issues even when another team handles the work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to provide clear updates on problems, delays and costs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for customers, building strong relationships and delivering high service standards.
• Take ownership of customer fleet issues from identification to closure.
• Proactively identify risks, delays and actions before they impact the customer.
• Coordinate servicing, inspections, and repairs with workshops and maintenance providers.
• Monitor vehicle compliance and manage downtime, costs and recoverable charges.
