Day Group in Crawley is seeking a Transport Administrator to join our Transport Team. You will coordinate servicing, MOTs, repairs, and compliance, maintaining accurate records and supporting the daily Transport Office operations.

Working with experienced transport professionals, you’ll learn fleet management systems through full training. The role suits an organised, team-oriented individual who values accuracy and safety.

Formación

• Organised, detail-oriented admin experience in transport/logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with suppliers and colleagues.
• Proficient IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Book vehicle servicing, MOTs, tachograph calibrations and repairs.
• Support ongoing compliance of the fleet.
• Assist with Operator Licence requirements and records.
• Collaborate with Transport Team and other administrators.
• Answer calls professionally and respond to enquiries.
• Welcome visitors and issue work permits as needed.
• Maintain fleet/compliance records in company systems.
• Assist with transport admin and documentation for daily ops.
• Monitor schedules to meet deadlines and support operations.
• Provide backup to colleagues to ensure smooth Transport Office operation.
• On-call rota 24/7 with telephone support during probation.
