Westmorland and Furness Council in Kendal is seeking a Fleet Compliance and Training Officer to help ensure the safe, legal operation of the council's vehicle fleet and the workforce who drive on its behalf.
The role covers a mixed fleet of around 450 vehicles and more than 1,000 items of plant, with responsibilities for fleet compliance, training, procurement support, and telematics administration.
Competitive base salary plus 1.5x hourly overtime rate is offered.
Responsabilités
- Ensure fleet and drivers comply with relevant legislation and guidance.
- Maintain and support fleet management services including vehicle telematics and pool car administration.
