Job summary

Culina is seeking a Transport Compliance Supervisor in the United Kingdom to oversee depot compliance, driver training, and performance management. The role entails ensuring vehicles are up to standards, scheduling, and maintaining documentation while driving efficiency across the fleet.

The position is full-time with a 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday schedule. You will manage systems like Nvolve and Evotix, and report on compliance status and driver performance, ensuring adherence to legal

Qualifications

• Understanding of commercial vehicle compliance and ancillary equipment.
• Experience managing commercial vehicle compliance and scheduling.
• Proven team player with drive and can-do attitude.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or handling difficult challenges.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Knowledge of sector practices and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage depot compliance activity and bookings per objectives.
• Provide daily/weekly compliance reports for fleet.
• Follow up on vehicle arrivals and no-shows with actions.
• Update systems with detailed progress and outcomes.
• Obtain and file documentation within required timeframes.
• Support teammates and assist with wider team tasks.
• Track service provider performance and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Monitor costs and manage non-conform repair expenses.
• Oversee Nvolve training to maintain >98% compliance.
• Oversee Evotix case closures within 10 working days.
• Ensure ADA and DCPC are completed annually for drivers.
• Plan and approve agency driver inductions.
