About The Role

Are you ready to join a Company that truly believes that people are the very heart of the business and values your contribution? Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, we’re looking for a Fleet Compliance and Logistics Controller to join our Film & TV team at Wembley who will thrive in a busy environment.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  1. Responsible for the delivery and collection of Lighting, Camera and Specialist Grip from our depot in Wembley.
  2. Monitor driving hours of your driver team and track hours and rest periods, always ensuring Sunbelt compliance is met.
  3. Ensure all vehicle maintenance checks are up to date for fleet on hire and available for hire. Manage all documentation in accordance with Sunbelt Policy.
  4. Liaise with other depots and transport teams and communicate positively to minimise the financial impact on the business.
  5. Monitor fuel levels of vehicles and order replenishment of fuel – ad-blue etc.
  6. Manage fuel cards, reconcile receipts, and record information in line with Sunbelt Policy and procedures.
  7. Communicate with the rental team and ensure that all delivery and collections have been charged to the customer.

To succeed as a Fleet Compliance and Logistics Controller, you will bring the following skill set and behaviours:

  • Knowledge of vehicle/fleet management would be useful but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT skills, with a good level of technical proficiency in general Microsoft applications.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Financial literacy.
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels of the business.
  • Teamworking capabilities.
  • Excellent personal organisation and administration skills.
