Job summary

Stagecoach Group is seeking a hands-on Bus Fleet Cleaning Team Leader in Kettering to manage the presentation of our fleet and depot facilities. You will lead the team, allocate daily duties, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across vehicles and spaces.

You will work with the Engineering Managers to meet daily targets, maintain records, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, presentation, facilities, or operational environments.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily duties allocation for the presentation team.
• Help achieve daily, weekly, and annual cleaning targets and standards.
• Carry out interior, exterior, engine bay, and under-chassis cleaning of vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and oil levels checked daily.
• Maintain depot offices, workshops, and welfare facilities to high standards.
• Keep accurate cleaning sheets, fuel records, and vehicle information.
• Check cleaning equipment, tools and supplies regularly.
• Promote safe working practices in line with Stagecoach policies.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
