Job summary

Radius Limited in the Midlands area seeks a Fleet Administrator to join a busy office team. The role focuses on maintaining MID and DVLA records, processing road fund licences, and managing vehicle transfers and PCN workflows.

You will support tracking systems and customer inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance across fleet data. Applicants should have GCSEs, strong Excel skills, and solid IT literacy.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data processing functions, lookup formulas, and spreadsheet management.
• Solid computer literacy and competency across standard business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update MID records with accuracy.
• Administer RFL updates in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage Pro-hire system records and complete fields comprehensively.
• Process vehicle de-fleeting procedures and update records.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers to branches and NVCS notifications.
• Process PCNs and invoices into systems and portals.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding tracking and PCN matters.
• Provide technical support on tracking data and OEM system data.
• Review DVLA data and V5 documentation per regulatory standards.
• Oversee monthly fleet RFL reconciliation and spare key audits.
