Job summary

Listers Group, a Mercedes Benz dealership in Boston, is seeking a Fleet Account Coordinator to support the LBDM Sales team and Corporate Fleet customers. You will manage orders, respond to queries, and liaise with Mercedes Benz UK to ensure smooth processing from enquiry to delivery.

You will build strong relationships with leasing companies and corporate customers, coordinate vehicle deliveries and demonstrations, and produce timely quotations while hitting deadlines and targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fleet/Leasing environment preferred
• Enthusiasm and drive to succeed are essential
• Strong communication and organisational abilities required

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Mercedes Benz dealership inBoston.

We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Account Coordinator who will play a key part in our Corporate Fleet business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the LBDM Sales team, Corporate Customers’ and Leasing companies.

The Role:

• Managing the order process with LBDM’s, Leasing Companies and Corporate Customers.
• Dealing with customer queries.
• Liaising with Mercedes Benz UK on new and existing customer orders.

In this position exceptional interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential. Whilst knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment would be preferred, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience.

The person we are looking for will have a confident & outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally. In addition you will get a real buzz from organising and hitting both deadlines and targets.
