Job summary

Listers Group Limited is recruiting a Fleet Account Coordinator at our Mercedes Benz dealership in Boston. The role involves supporting the LBDM Sales team, corporate customers and leasing companies, managing orders, handling queries, and liaising with Mercedes Benz UK on orders.

The ideal candidate will be able to update ordering systems, produce quotations, and provide regular order status updates. A confident, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet or leasing environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processes with fleets, leasing companies and corporate customers.
• Handle customer queries and update ordering systems.
• Liaise with Mercedes Benz UK on orders and provide weekly order updates.
• Produce quotations for customers and schedule deliveries/demonstrations.
• Support the sales team and maintain relationships with corporate customers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Mercedes Benz dealership inBoston.

We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Account Coordinator who will play a key part in our Corporate Fleet business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the LBDM Sales team, Corporate Customers’ and Leasing companies.

The Role:

• Managing the order process with LBDM’s, Leasing Companies and Corporate Customers.
• Dealing with customer queries.
• Liaising with Mercedes Benz UK on new and existing customer orders.
• Ongoing updating of the various ordering systems.
• Producing quotations for customers.
• Liaising with current customers and providing weekly updates on their orders.
• Booking customer new vehicle deliveries
• Booking customer demonstration vehicles

In this position exceptional interpersonal, organisational and customer service skills are essential. Whilst knowledge of a Fleet and Leasing environment would be preferred, enthusiasm and the determination to succeed are more important than previous fleet experience.

The person we are looking for will have a confident & outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to successfully liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally. In addition you will get a real buzz from organising and hitting both deadlines and targets.
