Job summary

POP MART in London is seeking a hands-on BOH Stock Manager to lead the back-of-house stock operations for our new flagship store. The role starts with a brief training period in existing stores (Charing Cross or Oxford Street) to learn systems, standards and team culture before taking charge from day one.

You will own stock accuracy, manage deliveries and stockroom organisation, coach the BOH team, and work cross-functionally with store leadership to meet stock-related goals and seasonal

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing stock operations and a team in fast-paced retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to develop the team.
• Focus on stock accuracy, reporting, and loss prevention.
• Experience with inventory systems and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Own stock file accuracy and manage supplier returns.
• Run cycle counts and audits with minimal discrepancies.
• Deliver against shrinkage KPIs with action plans.
• Lead and coach the BOH team and ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with FOH/store leadership for stock movement and handoffs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and store procedures.
