Job summary

POP MART is opening a flagship store in London. The BOH Stock Manager will own stock accuracy, receive deliveries, and organise the stockroom while supporting the VM and sales teams to ensure smooth operations from delivery to customer.

The role requires an experienced retail leader who can drive stock performance in a fast-paced environment, coach the BOH team, and align with store leadership on stock goals and seasonal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing stock operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with focus on stock accuracy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own stock file accuracy across the store, manage faulty stock and discrepancies.
• Run cycle counts and physical stock checks; keep audits accurate.
• Deliver against stock loss and shrinkage KPIs with clear action plans.
• Manage deliveries intake, checking and processing.
• Oversee put away and stockroom organisation for quick replenishment.
• Review stockroom layout to maximise capacity and efficiency.
• Provide daily stock position updates to managers.
• Act as link between BOH and FOH teams for visibility.
• Coach and develop the BOH team and build development plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and store procedures.
