Showroom Manager – Premium Interiors | Central London

We are working with a global premium interiors brand known for its design-led approach, craftsmanship, and focus on innovation. With a strong heritage and international presence, the business continues to evolve while staying true to its values of quality, simplicity, and customer excellence.

As Showroom Manager for the flagship location in Tottenham Court Road, you’ll lead from the front—driving performance, setting the tone for service excellence, and developing a high-performing team. This is a full-time role that includes weekend work and offers strong progression for commercially minded leaders in the premium retail space.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & People Development

  • Inspire, mentor and lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embed a culture of performance, collaboration and continuous learning
  • Run structured daily briefs and regular coaching sessions
  • Manage schedules to maximise coverage and efficiency
  • Own the store’s P&L and ensure commercial targets are met
  • Build strong relationships with trade and design clients
  • Analyse performance and market trends to develop local growth strategies
  • Champion storytelling and product expertise to drive conversion

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure best-in-class visual merchandising and showroom presentation
  • Oversee inventory levels, stockroom organisation and process efficiency
  • Lead by example in delivering an elevated, service-led experience
  • Drive innovation and improvements across operations and customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience managing a design-focused or premium retail store
  • A leader who is confident, hands-on, and customer-obsessed
  • Proven experience coaching high-performing teams in a results-driven environment
  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of KPIs, budgets, and local trading conditions
  • Interest or background in interiors, textiles, or design (a bonus, not essential)
  • Organised, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver
  • Confident communicator with a polished, professional approach
