Job summary

Georg Jensen, Part of the Fiskars Group seeks an exceptional Store Manager for our flagship New Bond Street boutique. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding luxury experience while upholding the brand’s prestigious standards.

Based at our Bond Street flagship, you will champion client relationships, oversee operations and stock, and act as a true brand ambassador in the luxury jewellery market.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium retail.
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing store operations, stock, and financial controls.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing and engaged team.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, compliance, and financial controls.
• Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory controls, and the security of high-value products.
• Analyse performance data and implement actions to maximise commercial results.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Georg Jensen at all times.
