Job summary

Placed by Leon is partnering with a respected fine jewellery brand to lead a flagship boutique in London. As Boutique Manager you’ll own the flagship environment, delivering exceptional client experiences, commercial growth and community engagement.

You will lead from the front, coach a luxury retail team, and drive clientelling, events and partnerships that elevate the brand beyond the four walls of the shop.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury retail teams in premium sectors.
• Proven ability to drive commercial results and client engagement.
• Strong track record in building long-term client relationships.
• Experience planning events and partnerships to grow business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined operations.
