Job summary

FLANNELS is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Sheffield Flagship in Meadowhall to lead the team and drive commercial success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee a large team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, manage stock packages, run training sessions, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 October 2027, offering development opportunities, competitive bonus schemes, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven leadership with large teams including supervisors.
• Strong customer service with local client network.
• Experience driving sales, targets, and inventory management.
• Excellent product knowledge of brands and trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial success of the store and achieve targets.
• Lead and inspire store team with coaching and guidance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, manage stock and training.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and policy adherence.
• Monitor KPIs, wage controls, and store audits.
