Job summary

Burberry seeks a Client Advisor for its Regent Street flagship to deliver exceptional luxury service and build lasting client relationships. You will use CRM to deepen engagement, drive loyalty and create personalised experiences beyond the store visit.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a diverse global clientele at the Regent Street store.
Grow client portfolio through CRM activity, outreach, follow-up and personalised communication.
Balance high-volume engagement with tailored one-to-one client relationships to drive loyalty.
Proactively expand the client book via appointments, virtual interactions and events.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve commercial goals while upholding Burberry standards.
