Job summary

JD Sports is seeking a Senior Floor Manager for a flagship store. You will lead floor operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding service that reflects the premium JD standard.

You will work closely with store leadership to drive sales targets, maximise commercial opportunities, and uphold flawless visual and service standards in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and customer-resolution skills.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of store operations.
• Strong attention to detail to uphold premium JD standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor to deliver JD service standards and a premium customer experience.
• Drive commercial performance through merchandising, stock management, and team motivation.
• Own the store’s key performance indicators and drive results.
• Support opening/closing routines, cash processes, audit compliance, stock accuracy and cost control.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop colleagues to build a high-performing team.
