Job summary

POP MART UK CORPORATION LTD is opening a brand-new flagship store in London. The Flagship Floor Manager will lead shop-floor operations, coach a diverse team and ensure an exceptional customer experience from day one. A hands-on, commercially aware retail leader will drive performance during shifts.

You will undergo a short training period at existing stores to learn systems, standards and culture before taking the lead at the flagship location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory management experience in fast-paced retail.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and customer-resolution skills.
• Solid commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for pop culture and collectibles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Coaching and developing colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash processes, stock accuracy and audits.
• Support launches, activations and promotional events on the shop floor.
• Ensure health, safety, loss prevention and operational procedures.
