Job summary

Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is recruiting a Supply Chain Project Manager (Customer Support Specialist) for hybrid work in Bristol/Lossiemouth, UK. The role aligns Supply Chain strategy with programme leadership, delivering performance and SME input for business strategy, execution and proposals.

The successful candidate will coordinate across all SCM functions, manage baselines, and support P8 and E7 programs while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with security

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in supply chain.
• Experience in dynamic global supply chains.
• SQEP across Asset Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Supplier Management, Demand Forecasting.
• Experience in acquiring or sustaining projects within MRO industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Eligible for UK security clearance (SC) or able to obtain.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fixed Wing SCM as the interface between programme and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate tasks across SCM functions and communicate priorities.
• Oversee TAF processes for P8 and E7 within SCM.
• Support Project Managers across Fixed Wing programs (P8, E7).
• Manage changes to baselines related to SCM scope and requirements.
• Monitor SCM performance, budget, risk and reporting in governance forums.
• Develop artefacts for ESGP, SCM Architectures, BOMs, and KPIs.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead planning activities for SCM projects and resources.
• Apply SCM and Project Management Best Practices.
