Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager (Customer Support Specialist) in the Bristol/Lossiemouth area. The role coordinates Fixed Wing programme supply chain strategy, customer relationships and performance, reporting to the Supply Chain Planning & Programme Integration Manager.

Hybrid work with some on-site requirement is expected. Key duties include interfacing across SCM, overseeing TAF processes, and supporting P8/E7 programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Demonstrated experience working within dynamic global supply chains.
• SQEP across multiple Supply Chain domains (Asset Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Supplier Management, Demand Forecasting).
• Experience in executing acquisition or sustainment projects within MRO industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fixed Wing Supply Chain Management as the key interface between the Fixed Wing Programme and Supply Chain.
• Communicate and coordinate tasks and activities across the Supply Chain function.
• Oversee the TAF (Tasking Authorization Form, O&A) process for Supply Chain across both P8 (Level 3 TAFs) and E7 (Level 2 & 3 TAFs).
• Provide support to Supply Chain Project Managers across Fixed Wing programs including P8 and E7.
• Manage change to programme and contractual baselines as they relate to Supply Chain scope and requirements.
• Responsible for managing overall SCM status, performance and critical issues within a project and functional management structure.
• Oversee the generation of artefacts for the ESGP process on behalf of supply chain.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and capture project planning activities relating to SCM projects and the relevant resource for the projects.
• Operate in accordance with Supply Chain & Project Management Best Practices during the completion of all assigned work.
