Job summary

Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager (Customer Supply Specialist) to join its Supply Chain Planning & Integration Team based in Gosport. This full-time role focuses on the UK Rotorcraft Chinook Programme, delivering Supply Chain management and executing change requirements through the Additional Tasking portfolio.

Qualifications

• UK residency and ability to obtain UK security clearance.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain role.
• Experience with inventory management tools or ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate across functions.
• Experience in PM, proposal preparation, including writing SOWs and labour BOEs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Rotorcraft Supply Chain Management as the key interface between Programme and Supply Chain.
• Lead and oversee the SCM aspects of the Additional Tasking portfolio from PPoA through to delivery.
• Review new customer proposals to capture impact of change to Supply chain; develop SOWs and BOEs.
• Manage change to Programme and contractual baselines as they relate to SCM scope and requirements.
• Place additional tasking spares requirements into SAP and manage delivery through US & UK teams.
• Develop and report on task metrics to highlight supply chain performance against milestones.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Programme, Finance, SCM and Engineering to plan task delivery.
