Phoenix Community Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant for our Year 1 class. You will assist in delivering engaging teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
This is a fixed-term position until 31 August 2027 with the potential to become permanent in the future. 30 hours per week during term time (8:30am – 3:15pm), Monday to Friday, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

If you are vibrant, organised, energetic and fabulous then we want you to join us. Experience in working withinKS1 would be desirable but not essential however a willingness to learn is. The successful candidate would need to demonstrate strong English and Maths skills in order to assist the teacher in delivering lessons and to enable the children to reach their full potential.
