Job summary

GLAS is hiring a Client Services Associate on a fixed-term 12-month contract in London with hybrid working. You will manage operations of client transactions, liaise with the EMEA team, input data, generate notices, and handle payments and reconciliations for a portfolio of loans and bonds.

The role requires precision, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working to tight deadlines and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and data accuracy.
• Desirable experience with SOLVAS software.

Responsibilities

• Managing and processing all operational aspects of client transactions within deadlines.
• Liaising with the EMEA Client Services Team on portfolio activity.
• Inputting relevant data into the system and generating notices.
• Managing funds flow between Borrowers and Lenders and handling payments.
• Calculating principal repayments, interest, and fees and reconciling accounts.
• Handling transfers and ensuring compliance with transaction documentation.
• Responding to Borrower/Lender queries and dealing with audits.
• Escalating matters to Team Leader/Managers as needed.
