Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This full-time role supports the maintenance team to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues, handling ad hoc tasks and coordinating with hotel teams to fix issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate has maintenance experience in a hotel setting, knowledge of Health & Safety, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset that aligns with our hospitality standards and guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Experience as Maintenance assistant, Plumber, Electrician or Painter/Decorator in a hotel.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and commitment to a safe working environment.
• Willing to learn and work as part of the wider hotel team.
• Drive to produce results and deliver extremely personal experiences.
• Warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude and service orientation.
• Willingness to work as part of a team that embraces our culture and delights guests daily.

Responsabilités

• Support the maintenance team to keep the hotel safe for guests and staff.
• Handle ad hoc jobs and respond to issues as they arise.
