GLL in Eastbourne is seeking a Fitness Instructor to energise members at Sovereign Centre. You’ll plan and deliver personalised programmes, lead group sessions and provide safe exercise guidance with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll inspire others to train regularly, assess abilities, and tailor sessions to individual goals. The role blends client support, class instruction and facility upkeep within a charitable social enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from clients and assess their fitness levels
• Plan and deliver safe exercise sessions
• Lead 1-2-1 or group inductions and workouts
• Provide exercise advice and progressions
• Demonstrate and adapt techniques to individual needs
• Motivate clients to maintain exercise routines
