Wiltshire Council is opening a new leisure facility and seeks enthusiastic Fitness Consultants to join a flexible rota. The role offers a part-time, rota-based schedule with a mix of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The post is hybrid with office time on site and community-based activity. You will help individuals improve wellbeing by guiding safe equipment use during inductions and building personalised programmes tailored to their needs.

Salary: £26,847 - £27,709 pro rata(Plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts)

As a Fitness Consultant, you will provide guidance to customers on the safe use of equipment during their induction and create customised programmes tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will also include coaching and supporting customers in reaching their desired goals.

We are looking for someone who is a qualified fitness instructor who can communicate honestly and openly with customers, who is also empathetic, and holds a broad knowledge of the fitness industry.
