Nuffield Health Guiseley is seeking a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This part-time role supports the smooth daily operation, member engagement, and achievement of sales targets while ensuring safety and service quality.

You will lead by example, supervise staff, and welcome members with a professional, service‑minded approach. The position offers a pro rata salary and benefits within a supportive charity environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience and strong customer service orientation.
• Able to quickly learn and adapt to gym operations and systems.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the club; opening and closing during shifts.
• Prioritize Member Satisfaction, engage with our members, building happiness and relationships.
• Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding high quality standards.
• Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting benefits of Nuffield Health.
• Oversee health and safety protocols, address issues swiftly and effectively.
• Help achieve sales targets.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo site training for Lifeguard breaks.
