Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a dedicated Fitness Advisor to join our team in the United Kingdom. Lead group fitness classes, deliver one-to-one sessions, and assess members to create tailored workout plans that support goals and wellness.

You will advise on techniques, equipment, and safety, keeping the facility clean and current with trends. Promotion of services and membership options will be routine, with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Be qualified in Reps L2.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a customer focused attitude.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
• Ability to establish rapport, build trust and credibility.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Desirable HND level in Health and Fitness.
• Beneficial Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training or Group Exercise qualifications (ETM, Spin, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
• Provide personalised fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans.
• Offer guidance on exercise techniques and equipment usage.
• Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
• Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean and well maintained.
• Stay updated with latest fitness trends and techniques for cutting edge advice.
• Promote Bannatyne's services, offers and membership packages.
• Monitor and drive KPIs related to member touch points, class occupancy and revenue via PT sessions, Choose to Lose and Fuel Smart.
