You will mentor Junior Fitness Advisors, collaborate with the Fitness Manager, ensure a safe, clean facility, stay updated with latest fitness trends, and actively promote Bannatyne’s memberships and offers to enhance
Qualifications
- Reps L2 qualification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-focused approach.
- Passion for health, wellness and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
- Provide personalised fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans.
- Motivate and support members to achieve fitness goals.
- Lead and mentor Junior Fitness Advisors; liaise with Fitness Manager.
