Job summary

Bannatyne Group is hiring a Fitness Advisor in Newport. This 40-hour per week role offers £12.90 per hour and a pathway to support members in achieving health goals within a state-of-the-art facility.

As part of the team you’ll lead classes, provide personal training, and promote memberships and services while ensuring a safe, clean environment and staying current with fitness trends.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Reps L2.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Desirable HND level in Health and Fitness; Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training qualifies (ETM, Spin etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
• Provide personalised fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans for members.
• Offer guidance on exercise techniques, equipment usage and overall wellness.
• Motivate and support members to achieve fitness goals.
• Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean and well maintained.
• Stay updated with latest fitness trends and techniques to provide cutting edge advice.
• Promote Bannatyne's services, offers and membership packages.
• Drive KPIs related to member journey touches, class occupancy and revenue via PT sessions, Choose to Lose and Fuel Smart.
