Qualifications
- Reps L2 qualification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer focus.
- Passion for health and wellness and customer service.
- Ability to establish rapport, credibility and trust.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-to-one training sessions.
- Provide fitness assessments and tailor workout plans for members.
- Offer guidance on techniques and equipment usage.
- Motivate members to reach fitness goals.
- Keep the fitness area clean, safe and well maintained.
- Stay updated on trends to provide expert advice.
- Promote Bannatyne services, offers and memberships.
- Help drive KPIs through member interactions and classes.
