Job summary

Bannatyne Darlington is seeking a Senior Fitness Advisor to lead group classes, provide personal training sessions, and mentor Junior Fitness Advisors. You will assess members, tailor workout plans, and promote our fitness services to enhance member experience.

The role requires REPS Level 2, spinning qualification, and strong customer service, with a 32-hour week at £13.40 per hour. Weekend work is involved in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Must be REPS Level 2 qualified.
• Level 3 PT desirable and spinning qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes and provide one-to-one training sessions.
• Provide personalised fitness assessments and tailored workout plans.
• Guide on exercise techniques, equipment usage and wellness.
• Motivate and support members to achieve goals.
• Mentor Junior Fitness Advisors and support the Fitness Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-equipped fitness area.
• Stay updated with latest fitness trends and techniques.
• Promote Bannatyne’s services and memberships.
• Help drive KPIs related to member engagement and PT sessions.
