Job summary

Bimplus in Leicester is seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to manage end-to-end small-scale fit-out projects and provide administrative support to the project team.

You will act as the main contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers, create schedules, track progress, source materials, manage budgets and ensure safety paperwork and documentation are up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in fit-out, construction or trades sectors.
• Strong multitasking to handle coordination and management tasks.
• Excellent communication with site teams and clients.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail with budgets and project paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of small-scale fit-out projects.
• Act as main contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Create project schedules, track progress and deadlines.
• Source materials, raise purchase orders, and track costs.
• Coordinate site health and safety paperwork, RAMS and permits.
• Maintain accurate project files, drawings and O&M manuals.
