Job summary

Bimplus in Towcester is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial interior fit-out projects across the Midlands. You will oversee from pre-start planning through to completion, ensuring resources, coordination and delivery to high standards.

The role involves regular site visits and client meetings, close collaboration with site teams and the Project Co-ordinator, and the autonomy to drive projects while maintaining strict budgets and programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple live commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to take projects from pre-start through to completion.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Plan labour requirements and project programmes.
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
• Coordinate works across trades and manage subcontractors.
• Procure materials with the Project Co-ordinator.
• Monitor costs and keep programmes updated.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain project records and manage client expectations.
