Job summary

Bimplus, a Leeds-based joinery and shopfitting contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple live projects from award through to final account. The role carries autonomy within a stable, reputable team and offers a strong pipeline of commercial work.

The position requires a strong joinery background, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets across a busy project portfolio. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in contracts management within joinery, shopfitting or bespoke fit out.
• Strong joinery background essential.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee several commercial joinery projects from pre-start to final account.
• Coordinate project programmes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.
• Liaise with Tier One main contractors and attend site meetings.
• Monitor project costs and support commercial performance.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained on all sites.
• Oversee health and safety compliance across sites.
• Resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
• Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
