Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an Internal Site Manager for a £80m new build school project in the UK. The role is freelance, starting immediately for about 12 months, reporting to the on-site Senior Project Manager and working alongside a second Senior Site Manager.

You will oversee day-to-day internal works, coordinate drylining, plastering, carpentry, flooring, decorating and M&E, ensure programme compliance and quality, and supervise internal snagging through to completion.

Competenze

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work certifications required.

I've been tasked to find a Internal Site Manager for a reputable main contractor on a freelance basis. It is an immediate start and will finish in December 2027.

The project is a new build school worth circa £80m, including a new car park. It consists of building a primary school, secondary school and sixth form. You will be leading the fit out across the project, this includes classrooms, sports halls, meeting rooms etc.

The internal works starts at the beginning of November and runs for a year, we will need someone for the duration.

You'll be reporting to an on site Senior Project Manager and work in alongside another permanently employed Senior Site Manager.
