Manchester City Women is seeking a First Team Operations and Player Support Manager in Manchester. You will oversee a broad range of operational tasks, ensure a player-centred environment, and coordinate travel, fixtures, and team logistics to support performance and welfare.

Reporting to the Head of First Team Operations, you will manage onboarding, relocation, admin, compliance and lifestyle support, while maintaining records and working with multiple stakeholders across the Club to safeguard

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalised operational or individual support services within elite sport, a high-performance environment or similar.
• Ability to own operational activity and coordinate delivery across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.
• Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel and related logistics.
• Accurate administrative skills with records management and process discipline.
• Clear interpersonal and communication skills with discretion and cultural sensitivity when supporting players and families.

Responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of designated home and away fixtures, travel, training and team logistics.
• Coordinate transport, accommodation and matchday requirements; anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Oversee onboarding, relocation, administration, compliance and lifestyle support for players and families.
• Collaborate with Club departments and multidisciplinary teams; ensure safeguarding and welfare processes are followed.
