You will help create a responsive, well-organised and player-centred environment, coordinating the practical detail around football activity while supporting players and their families throughout their journey with the Club.

Who We Are

Manchester City Women is a team driven by ambition, belief and a desire to keep pushing the game forward. Founded in 1988 and relaunched in 2014, we have grown into a consistent force in the women's game, competing at the highest level in the UK and Europe. This includes coordinating transport, accommodation and matchday requirements, anticipating changing needs, working with suppliers and resolving issues so activity is delivered safely, smoothly and to agreed Club and competition standards.

Alongside this, you will coordinate player onboarding and transition, relocation, administration, compliance and lifestyle support, acting as a trusted point of contact for players and their families. You will work across Club departments and with the wider multidisciplinary team to support family engagement, team activities, accurate records and appropriate safeguarding, welfare and security processes, escalating significant concerns when needed.

  • Clear and effective interpersonal and communication skills, with sound judgement, discretion and cultural sensitivity when supporting players, families and colleagues.
