Healthtech-1 is seeking a product-minded senior or staff software engineer to move with urgency and own autonomous work. You’ll build and scale our product across teams and with customers, shipping high-quality code that scales in healthcare contexts.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, strong UX, and collaboration with engineering, product, and design. Four days onsite in Stratford, London, with generous learning and wellbeing support.

Qualifikationen

• You are operating at a senior or lead level with 7+ years of experience.
• You may have a founders/entrepreneurial mindset or have been a technical founder yourself.
• You’ve been part of a startup or scale-up at an early stage, in a small high-performing team.
• You care about user experience, performance, and simplicity and value feedback loops.
• You constantly raise the bar for both engineering and product.
