Job Highlights:

Location: TOCA Social, The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX

Reports to: Technical Support Supervisor

Hours: Minimum of 45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends

The role involves ensuring gaming systems operate at peak performance, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance of gaming equipment.
  • Reactive Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly.
  • Team Support: Train and support venue staff on technical issues.
  • Guest Assistance: Help guests with technical concerns, escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with management to improve technology and guest experience.
  • Feedback & Innovation: Report issues and suggest improvements for gameplay.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a First Line Support role or similar
  • Experience in AV, mechanical maintenance, mechatronic systems, networking, or computer vision is advantageous
  • Knowledge of IT systems, especially Linux
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
