Qualifications

Job Highlights:

Location: TOCA Social, Westfield White City, London, W12 7GF

Reports to: Technical Support Supervisor

Hours: Minimum 45 hours/week; flexible to evenings and weekends

Role Overview:

The role involves ensuring gaming systems operate at peak performance to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will maintain and troubleshoot equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless gameplay.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Maintenance: Regular inspections and maintenance of gaming equipment.
  • Reactive Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues swiftly.
  • Team Support: Training and supporting the venue team on technical matters.
  • Guest Assistance: Helping guests with technical concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Collaboration: Working with management to improve operations.
  • Feedback & Innovation: Reporting issues and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in a First Line Support or similar role
  • Experience in AV, Mechanical maintenance, Mechatronics, networking, or computer vision is advantageous
  • Knowledge of IT systems, especially Linux
  • Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
