About the Role

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse FLM to coordinate our daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrable understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management by monitoring the effectiveness of warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
• Provide guidance, support, and training to warehouse colleagues
• Manage the day-to-day running of the shift, utilizing labour effectively
• Manage a small team of operatives
• Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations, ensuring deadlines are met safely and standards of excellence are maintained

Candidate Requirements
