Contract Details

• Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Shift: 4 on 3 off (x2), 4 on 2 off, 18:30 - 05:00
• Salary: Competitive
• Location: Greencore, Carlyon Road Industrial, CV9 1LQ

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving as the primary point of contact for your team, greeting colleagues and ensuring they are prepared to succeed.
• Coordinating team tasks, providing feedback on performance, and supporting skill development and confidence building.
• Identifying talent, supporting team development, and offering guidance and support.
• Managing breaks, working time, and reporting absences to line managers.
• Ensuring safety checks are completed, reporting near misses, and monitoring team welfare.
• Ensuring production aligns with the plan, capturing performance data, and maintaining high operational standards.
• Troubleshooting machinery or material issues and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

What We're Looking For

• Confident and clear communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate others.
• A commitment to self-development and multi-skilling, fostering team growth.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices.
• An understanding of manufacturing processes and their dynamic nature.
• Experience in delivering production plans, meeting KPIs, and implementing improvements.
• Proficiency with data and software systems, including data entry and traceability records.
