Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Limited in Scunthorpe is seeking a First Line Manager (Food Manufacturing) to cover maternity leave in the A shift. You will lead a team across production lines, ensuring efficient, safe and compliant output in a busy cutting operation.

The role reports to the Shift Manager and involves coaching, performance management, and ensuring daily KPIs are met. It’s a temporary contract for up to 12 months with a pay rate of £17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Essential FMCG/food manufacturing experience with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Confident, motivated leader with FMCG/food manufacturing background; food safety training provided if needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; understanding of productivity and performance-based operations.

2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is looking for a First Line Manager to cover Maternity Leave within our portions department (A shift) on a

Temporary Contract for up to 12 months.This role attracts a pay rate of £17.00ph.

About The Role

Reporting to the Shift Manager, as a

First Line Manageryou will have 4 direct reports (Team Leaders) and approximately 40 indirect reports. You will take ownership of production line output across various lines in the cutting operation, ensuring each line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

It’s essential that you have experience in an FMCG/Food Manufacturing environment along with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team.

You’ll be a confident and motivated leader with a background in FMCG or food manufacturing. For those that don’t come from food production specifically – we’ll provide full food safety training.
