Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor / FLM

Pay Rate: £29,500 - £32,000

Grade: RCS N

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

Location: Liverpool - L11 0JA

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to coordinate our daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

Responsibilities

1. Assist management by monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and performance in your area.
2. Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct reports, ensuring all deadlines are met safely and on time, while maintaining high standards.
3. Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records.

Candidate Requirements

If you have the following experience, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet every criterion:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a logistics environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain practices.
• Experience in preparing and dispatching volume orders.
• Proficiency with logistics software packages.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organize, and train staff.

A qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is advantageous.
