Job summary

Operose Health Ltd is seeking an experienced PCN First Contact Physiotherapist to join a GP practice. You will assess, diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions, enabling patients to access appropriate care promptly and delivering patient-centred treatment.

The role requires strong MSK skills, clinical reasoning and experience in primary care settings, with support for continued professional development and flexible working within a 37.5 hour week.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current HCPC registration; evidence of CPD.
• Postgraduate MSK, advanced practice or primary care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assessment, diagnosis and management of MSK conditions.
• Support self-management and rehabilitation; improve access and outcomes for patients.
