Job summary

Promni Health seeks an experienced First Contact Physiotherapist to operate in GP practices, assessing and managing MSK conditions with direct access to patients. You will diagnose, triage, treat and discharge as appropriate, progressing investigations and referrals to optimise pathways of care.

The ideal candidate is HCPC/CSP registered with 5+ years post-graduate experience, capable of independent prescribing and working within a MDT in primary care settings.

Qualifications

• Fully HCPC and CSP registered practicing Physiotherapist.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, triage and manage MSK patients in GP practices.
• Deliver MSK assessment, treatment and management plans.
• Possess independent prescribing and injection therapy where applicable.
• Lead and contribute to service delivery across PCNs.
• Support clinical governance, audit and training.
