Job summary

Tersus Consultancy, part of Mitie, is seeking a Fire Administrator to coordinate site appointments, liaise with internal teams and ensure timely client reports. You will support programme scheduling, data entry and KPI monitoring.

The role requires strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and excellent organisation, with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Based in York, you'll join a team dedicated to accurate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Schedule site appointments with site managers, client contacts or residents via phone, email, portals and other client-specific processes.
• Proactively review upcoming programmes and coordinate site visits to meet agreed timelines.
• Liaise with surveyors, laboratories and internal teams to ensure works are completed within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate data and records using spreadsheets, online portals and in-house systems.
• Monitor client KPIs, manage programmes and promptly respond to or escalation client queries as required.
