Zusammenfassung

Environtec is seeking an organised and proactive Contract Administrator in Mansfield to coordinate survey appointments, optimise surveyor schedules, liaise with clients and tenants, and provide administrative support to Contract and Office Managers.

You will monitor project targets, prepare updates, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records. Strong IT skills and customer service experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administration or customer service experience.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Schedule survey appointments and liaise with tenants and clients by phone and email.
• Ensure surveyor schedules are optimised and contract requirements are met.
• Support the Contract and Office Managers with day-to-day administration.
• Attend meetings alongside the Contract Manager and prepare updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams such as Laboratory and Plans.
• Provide regular progress reports on project targets.
• Manage correspondence and maintain accurate records.
• Undertake general administrative duties as required.

About the Role
