Fire Systems Installation & Commissioning Engineer - Midlands - North Based with travel

Marlowe Fire & Security is the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. We handle everything from initial design, supply, and installation to ongoing maintenance and monitoring. We are looking to appoint a new Fire Systems Project Engineer who is Midlands - North Based and willing to travel frequently.

Basic Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Overtime, Travel Time: circa £10,000 per annum

Role Responsibilities

• Manage small and large projects across the Marlowe portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and safety standards.
• Plan and control labour and materials, process cost sheets, and ensure all engineering paperwork is completed properly.
• Provide technical expertise and attend site meetings as required.
• Manage engineers and subcontractors, oversee project profitability, and control health and safety on sites.
• Carry out installation and commissioning when needed, maintaining Marlowe's quality and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire systems industry.
• Experience managing projects across multiple sites.
• Technical knowledge of major fire systems (e.g., Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
